Shipping:

Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours and delivery will be done in 4-10 days once your oder is shipped.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 500.

 

Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp and email and customer panel once the order is shipped.In case you’re ordering other items along with Customised or Gold jewellery, your order might arrive in parts.

 

Return Policy

Thanks for choosing Caratpure.We understand that there might be instances where you might need to return an item. Please review our Return Policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle free process. We offer a 30-days return policy for all unused and unworn items. Caratpure reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns. Please note that if any of these components are missing, we reserve the right to deduct the amount up to the MRP.

In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we provide refund of the full MRP after a quality check.

In case where customers claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.

 

Refund Policy

In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back to our warehouse. The customer needs to make sure all the products are packed carefully and handed over to the reverse pickup courier boy.

We will not be liable for any damage or loss of product in transit.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return request, you can raise a request via mail at support@caratpure.com. Once you have requested the return, we kindly ask you to be available for the reverse pick-up and to answer any calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer the calls, the delivery partner may choose to cancel the reverse pick-up at their discretion. In such cases, you will need to start the process again, which may result in an extended timeline for the return.

Please take note that while the majority of pin codes are eligible for both forward and reverse service, there may be some rare cases where certain pin codes are only forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In such instances, we may ask you to use an alternate courier service, such as India Post, to return the product. We will reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs incurred (up to Rs. 80) when processing these returns.

If the charges for return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc. exceed Rs.80 any amount exceeding this limit will be deducted from the customer's refund. In the case of non-serviceable pin codes, it is the customer's responsibility to return the jewelry to our warehouse. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we kindly request you to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package for assistance.we advise you to make a video of unboxing you ordered parcel.
